IF YOU PURCHASED STREAMING-DOWNLOAD

Information to access your course will be emailed to you shortly, usually within a few hours, via the email address listed on your Paypal account.

Please take a moment and check that your Paypal email address is correct to ensure delivery, or contact Nancy with an alternate email address.

Look out for an email with subject line Info to Access Your Purchased Streaming Video. This includes all the information you need to access your course. Please allow up to 48 hours to receive the email. This extra time is only needed in case of the occasional technical issue, and usually you will receive it much sooner. Please check your spam folder if you do not receive it soon.

IF YOU PURCHASED SHIPPING

Expect a confirmation email shortly, usually within a few hours, via the email address listed on your Paypal account. Please read this, as it may include helpful documents. Also please check your email and physical address listed on your Paypal account. Your package will be shipped to that address. If this address is incorrect, please contact Nancy with any corrections.

REFUND POLICY

If you are dissatisfied with your video for any reason, you can request a refund by emailing [email protected]. All refund requests MUST be made within a week after receiving your course by mail or email. No refunds will be issued after that time.
